1. Scope
This notice applies to Trelyqo websites and applications operated by Keephy. Cookies are small browser files; similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDK identifiers and related browser/device mechanisms.
2. Categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent approach |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, security, session continuity, load balancing, fraud prevention and functions explicitly requested by the user. | Used where necessary for the requested service; consent is not relied on where a legal exemption applies. |
| Preferences | Remembering interface, workspace, language or theme choices. | Classification depends on necessity and implementation; consent will be obtained where required. |
| Analytics/performance | Understanding product use, reliability, errors and performance. | Non-essential analytics will remain off until valid consent where required. |
| Marketing/advertising | Campaign measurement, retargeting or behavioural advertising. | Off unless and until valid consent or another lawful exemption applies. |
3. Strictly necessary technologies
Authentication and security may require cookies or tokens. “Keep me signed in” may use persistent authentication technology. Blocking essential technology can prevent login or requested functionality.
4. Preferences and workspace customisation
Trelyqo may use browser storage or server-side preferences to remember settings such as workspace branding or theme. We will classify each implementation before production use.
5. Analytics
Trelyqo records limited first-party website events and, where a user accepts non-essential analytics, uses PostHog Cloud EU for product analytics, web analytics and masked session replay. PostHog analytics remains off until the user accepts through Trelyqo's analytics preference control. Trelyqo configures session replay to mask input values and page text and does not intentionally send Jira descriptions, pull-request bodies, release notes, secrets or authentication tokens as analytics event properties.
6. Marketing technologies
The current public preview does not intentionally use advertising or retargeting cookies. If introduced, they will be disclosed and controlled through appropriate consent settings.
7. Consent and your choices
Trelyqo provides a choice to accept or reject non-essential analytics without making consent a condition of ordinary service access. The choice is stored locally so it can be respected on later visits. Rejected or undecided users do not initialise PostHog analytics. Users can clear their browser site data to reset the choice; a dedicated preference control may also be added in product settings.
8. Duration
Session technologies may expire when the browser/session ends. Persistent technologies may last longer where necessary for the stated purpose. Exact production cookies, provider, purpose and duration should be listed in a live cookie table when authentication and analytics configurations are finalised.
9. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when cookie use changes materially. Questions can be sent through Contact. See also our Privacy Notice.
